TMZ reported...

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are not legally married ... and they won't be until a prenup is signed.We've learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe.

We're told the negotiations -- which began last Friday -- are already contentious.
Why, you ask, isn't there enough time? We've learned they must get married on Sunday because one of the Kardashian reality shows is footing the $1 million bill for the wedding, but the deal is that the wedding must be shot this Sunday.

So we're told Lamar wants a postnup -- meaning the agreement will be hashed out and hopefully signed after Sunday's event. Now here's the intrigue. There's talk that Sunday's wedding might not be the real deal -- it could be a non-binding ceremony. It's common with a postnup that bride and groom would not officially tie the knot until after they sign the document.

What they typically do sign before the ceremony is an acknowledgment that it's not really an official wedding, to prevent misunderstandings down the road.
And speaking of problems ... we're told lawyers for Odom and Kardashian are already arguing and hitting road blocks.

~~~~~~ Truth be told Lamar is a piece of crap in Y. eyes. Their nothing to be proud about leaving the mother of your children for a child. Don't get me wrong Ms Khloe is doing her thing!!! However this seem to one of those publicity marriages. Where it all ends bad!!! hate to say that but that's what I feel.

QUESTION: What is that Ms. Khloe could have shown you in month that would lead you to want to marry her... that your GIRLFRIEND / Baby Moma hasn't shown you for years?

I'm sorry but this the worlds problem today... Leaving stability to start all over. Khloe is a business woman truth being told. She has her show going right now, & things are really looking up for her. I wish her the best in her endeavors....However she should use her head & think about how he was already committed to woman. That gave him the gift of child. What could be more precious? & if he left her for a 1 month fling then..... What could happen to her after they stand before God & take those Vows. Marriage is not one their corny jokes.

Everyone has a moment in Life.... Where you look up and say, I have been through so much... People tend to think others couldn't imagine the things they've been through. In most cases they push away the one's that care the most. Just by having that feeling!! Truth be told half of the time they don't even know what their doing... It becomes this strong defense against the one's that truly care...

Question: If all your Life everyone you ever loved, hurted you. Then what do you think your natural reaction would be towards the one that comes along & says "I'm different , I really Love You"?

Some would try to believe in you, & give you the benefit of the dought.
While others would just say it. Yet their thoughts would resort to its natural reaction. This can be a good thing or bad. The good would be as the person that's been hurt their mind, body, & spirit. Would be prepared for what ever pain that could be placed upon them. The bad thing is you could run away, the very one that cares authentically .

That one person that you run away could lead you to run into God knows how many bad cases.

Question: Everyone has had one or two good people in their life. How many bad cases did you run into before you got that one???

~ So we should try our best to watch even in heartache. Believe Y. when I say " Love is Pain"...

These are thing we can't change....

However what about the family issues we encounter that make true impact on our lives.
Family is essential. Even when were hurt, confused & not sure what road to take. Family plays a true role in a lot of the outlooks you have on life....

At the age of 14, the beginning of the end of my Junior High years. My "DADDY" was sent to be with the Heavens.... My daddy was my heart . & from the moment I found out my he was gone, I have felt a missing piece of me. I always said my father could never be referred to as a dad. I always seen it like this; A father is the man on your birth certificate, a dad is someone who picks you up every weekend & buy you a pair of shoes, then sends you on your way, a DADDY is someones thats been their just as much as mother.

Thats at the childs doctor appts, that's there when their sick. A daddy is at your school, just as consider as a mother should be. Note I may have had a mom that wasnt always whole, yet she was there when I needed her. She here NOW & I love her more & more everyday... She's all I got!! & though sometimes I think about when she wasnt there.

I turn to God to make sure he know's I know I've been blessed since the beginning...God sent me a daddy RIP Oct 31st 01.... & I thanked him everyday....& still do!! I had something that others never had a chance to even know or see. & if it was for only 14 yrs of 21 in going on this earth. THANK YOU~

I may not have had all the things others have had easily & thrown away...

Yet I'm a high school graduate, an aspiring model, as well as a writer.

SO have we really been through it all????

RUMORS of Fabolous Car Crash

Rapper Fabolous was rushed to the hospital on Saturday (September 26), after he believed he was poisoned. It was possibly food poisoning.

Rumors of his hospitalization over the weekend, after fans and friends offered prayers on their Twitter pages, saying the rapper had been in an accident. But, Fab took to his own Twitter account later to explain.


Fab explained via his Twitter account, “I was driving Saturday morning & starting feeling very sick & felt like I was going to pass out while driving….so i veered off to the side of the road. Had an ambulance called and they picked me up from the side of the road. Maybe that’s where the car accident confusion came from.”

“I'm ok everyone..thanks 4 the concern. I was not in a car accident"

M.J Loved More Now then Before

Michael Joseph Jackson was an extraordinary entertainer. Born in a small town called Gary, Indiana. To the parents Katherine & Joseph Jackson. Michael was the 8th child to become a memeber of the Jackson's family, making a total 10 children.

I personally have been a Michael fan for a long time. I always seen him as a true King. Michael has done so much for so many around the world~ To Me he will never die~

As I read through all the media~ & the things that was being said about him. I truly felt they were over looking what was important.

His Children. As you all know my daddy is gone. So when I heard of these children being striped of the Daddy they knew & love so much. My heart felt that pain all over again....

I keep little Blanket & Paris in my prayers. I know the pain they feel everyday that have to continue on, with there world being incomplete. I just hope that people dont make it so hard for them to live normal lives. They deserve it, & thats all they dad wanted for them..

I have his brothers and sisters in prayers. Simply because I can only imagine the pain of loosing a sibling. All of mines are still here.

So with that... I hope all soon turn the focus on whats important.

Barack: America Can't Fix It All

UNITED NATIONS – President Barack Obama exhorted world leaders on Wednesday to step up and do their part in tackling global challenges in promoting security and prosperity rather than waiting for America to do it alone.

"The people of the world want change," Obama said in his first address to the U.N. General Assembly. "They will not long tolerate those who are on the wrong side of history."
In an era where fast-moving technology binds people across borders and old divides, Obama called for "a new era of engagement based on mutual interest and mutual respect."

This could be a change long waited. The world not just America are feeling the struggles of this recession. Honest hard working people can't say they haven't felt it!! The change in prices, & how is that in the middle of a recession sales tax could go up.

Obama said he will never apologize for defending U.S. interests. But he sought to dispel what he said has become "an almost reflexive anti-Americanism" that has swept the globe.
To do so, Obama offered a litany of policy changes and actions his administration had undertaken during his first nine months in office, with the overarching message that the United States has no interest in a go-it-alone stance and instead wants to act as an equal partner with others on the world stage.

"Those who used to chastise America for acting alone in the world cannot now stand by and wait for America to solve the world's problems alone," Obama said in an address that carried a remarkably blunt tone.
"The time has come for the world to move in a new direction," Obama said. "Our work must begin now."

"In an era where our destiny is shared, power is no longer a zero-sum game," Obama said. "No world order that elevates one nation or group of people over another will succeed. That is the future America wants."

He spoke to a packed chamber at the United Nations, receiving applause when he entered from even the likes of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad did not join in the applause. Throughout Obama's remarks, the president received polite applause several times.

Obama called on fellow leaders to help bring about a nuclear weapons-free world, to increase security from terrorists and promote peace between Israelis and Palestinians, to tackle climate change and to create more economic opportunity.
He said that Iran and North Korea "must be held accountable" if they continue to put their pursuit of nuclear weapons ahead of international security.

"The world must stand together to demonstrate that international law is not an empty promise and that treaties will be enforced."
Obama has said the door is open to Iran to discuss the issue, but that U.S. patience is not limitless. He has taken the same position with respect to the reclusive communist regime in North Korea.

On the warming planet, he said "the danger posed by climate change cannot be denied — and our responsibility to meet it must not be deferred."
This world ultimately needs a Change... The question is are we going to get it? Will it be a change we want?

Their has to be some level of supervision, with anything giving the name "The World Wide Interent".
There are victims such as Kathleen Gardner, who was in fear for her daughter. Who was a victim of Internet bullying. However myspace does its job to try & protect. Back in 2006 myspace reported that over 200,000 profiles were removed for safety reasons. Ultimately it is left to the parents. You have to be involved in what your children are doing on computers. Safety cant just be designated to the out doors.Their dangers larking right in your home. Buttom line the sites on this thing we call "Internet" call cause some fatal dangers.
